Pattern conveyor belts are rubber conveyor belts composed of a belt core and a working surface pattern covering rubber. The belt core materials include cotton canvasCC), polyester/cotton blended canvas (CP), nylon (NN), polyester fabric (EP), and steel wire rope core (ST), with a belt of 400-1400mm and a pattern height of 5-20mm. They are suitable for the transportation of powdery, granular, bagged materials with an inclination angle of 0-45°, and are widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, ports, electric power,, and other industries.
The types of patterns of the conveyor belt include herringbone, strip, fishbone, U-shaped, fan-shaped, etc. Each can be divided into three types: high, medium, and low according to the height. Among them, the herringbone pattern is suitable for materials with an inclination angle ≤0°, and the strip pattern can replace the herringbone pattern for materials with an inclination angle ≤30°. The products have anti-skid, wear-, and tensile properties, and comply with the GB/T7984-2001 standard. Storage should maintain an ambient temperature of -18-4℃ and a relative humidity of 50-80%. Customized pattern shapes and parameter adjustments are also supported.
