Application

When the transportation angle is over 22° for steep incline such as 30° or even 45°，or when longer throw distance will be needed, one of the solution is the profiled conveyor belts.

The profiled conveyor belts could meet the demands of a wide range of applications, from packed products to bulk materials of up to 80 mm lump size. The profiled conveyor belts can be used for the transportation of clinker, flour, gravel, sand, garbage, grain, com, wheat, coal & coke, salt etc. and packed materials.

Belt construction

The profiled conveyor belts are made up of the base belts and profiles. The base belt's structure is the same as the textile conveyor belts which is composed of covers and carcass as well as structures of impact and rip resistant.
